I've used American Pump and Drilling for both a well inspection and emergency service on said well. They are incredibly thorough, timely and professional. Both their field technicians and front office are communicative, thoughtful and polite. I would recommend this company for any well related servicing needs.
I had an excellent experience with American Pump and Drilling. Shane helped me figure out exactly what I needed for a water softener and filtration system for my well, and the turnaround was incredible—Eric and Chuck were able to come out and install everything the same week.
Eric and Chuck did a fantastic job with the installation, were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Shane was great on the front end making sure everything was set up correctly from the start.
Overall, awesome service, great communication, and super solid people to work with. I highly recommend American Pump and Drilling if you need well or water treatment work done.
I had American Pump install my new well and well pump on a property that I'm developing and building a new house on. The process has been perfectly smooth and all of the staff that I have worked with have been extremely professional. I've been beyond impressed with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for similar service.

**** ****** runs a professional business. He responds quickly to calls and communications, has an experienced staff who are able to deal with well and pump issues in a timely manner, and is conscientious when dealing with their customers. I will continue to do business with American Pump.

Zach came out to perform annual maintenance on our filtration system. He's very knowledgeable and efficient and did a great job taking care of the system. He even stopped back by at the end of his shift to check on a potential problem and quickly fixed that as well.
The team at American Pump are just wonderful. The office staff in getting the time booked, the ability to email in water test results and email with the technician ahead of the visit, and then the visit itself. It turned out we didn't have a problem with our filtration system, we had a valve that left open meaning the water bypassed the filtration. A different tech would have tried to sell us $$$$$ but American just closed the valve, retested the water to make sure it was correct, and headed on out - no cost. WOW! No one acts like that anymore these days - real true customer service.
