I called to have our annual well maintenance performed. The scheduler was polite, pleasant and helpful. The day of the inspection, I had an unexpected development, so I had to reschedule. They did not give me grief or make me feel badly at all. They simply rescheduled the appointment and expressed their appreciation for my business. On the day of the second appointment, they showed up, were friendly and professional, did not mind me asking any questions, explained what they would be doing, made me aware of additional items that needed to be addressed and charged me a fair price. They are officially my new Well Maintenance Provider. Thanks APAD!

Well quit working on a Sunday. They were out Monday by 10:00 am and got it back up and running. Great customer service.
Had them come back later and install new pump, drop pipe, and controller. They brought a highly experience crew who did a great job. Very happy with the new system.

I am a real estate broker in Olympia and sell a fair number of homes with wells. Because of the general lack of maintenance and knowledge of the well and mechanical systems and the costs of repair and replacement, a good inspection is always recommended. American Pump has always been able to get that inspection done in a timely manner and given my buyers a good basis of knowledge about their new well system.
