Wonderful experience with Chuck and Eric installing a new hot water heater for a large house. They looked at all the systems in our new(er) house and determined separating domestic hot water and radiant heat floors were the more efficient, reliable old school technology to suit our needs, rather than the modern and popular combi units perferred by some plumbers. Sometimes its better to go backwards to go forward. We had bids from 3 reputable Olympia companies and American Pumps price and timing were what worked best for our family. Highly recommend.
The folks at APD came out shortly after I called and proceeded to pull up 200' of pipe in a print rain all day and replaced the pump at my rental. I know it costs a lot but they were responsive, professional and talented to be able to pull it off at a moments notice. Thank you too everyone who helped make it happen. I'll be following up with you on some neglected maintenance on the same week this summer.

Joe and Zack were very knowledgeable and super friendly. Once arrived at my house they were able to fix my water softener right away. I would highly recommend American Pump and Drilling to anyone having issues with their water system.
I called Mike the owner of American Pump and Drilling about an alarm that was going off in my pump house and he immediately assured me that he would have someone come and take a look and find the problem. In a very short time after I called, his technician Chuck came and was very quick to find out what the problem was. His crew worked out the solution and made the repairs needed in a timely fashion.

I have peace of mind knowing I can call American Pump when an issue arises with my home well. They are immediately responsive, very professional and knowledgeable and get the job done. Well maintenance is not inexpensive, but I feel my money is well spent getting the water flowing again!
