When I initially thought I had a water emergency I contacted American Pump. They did not answer so I left a voicemail detailing the situation. While they didn't initially answer the phone, they promptly called back and had a water tech dispatched within a reasonable time frame. The water problem turned out to be a simple fix my wife was able to correct however I appreciated their promptness to address the situation.

American Pump and Drilling helped us upgrade our well tank and add some much needed ultraviolet and a filteration system. Shane came out to our property and was very genuine and professional about what we needed. He scheduled our appointment quickly and always remained helpful and responded to our questions timely.
Josh our technician did a very amazing job, he should be very proud of his work. It is the fanciest upgrade to a well pump we have ever seen and he helped educate us on the use of our upgraded system. Our invoice remained true to our estimate, and we are very happy with our experience.

Impressive! Received reminders of appointment via email and text, and on the day of the appointment, the technician called with a request to show up ahead of schedule, which worked out just fine. The technician gave a thorough description of the tasks to complete and provided detailed explanation and answers to any questions I had. A highly competent technician with the heart of a teacher. We're glad to have American ***** care for our well system!
