I called American Pump and Drilling after two unsuccessful attempts by two other companies to diagnose and repair my pump. This was a time when I had no water at my home. *************************** and ******************* arrived at my home on a scorching 98-degree day and worked tirelessly to identify the problem causing the water shortage. Their thorough investigation involved phone calls and consultations with other members of the company. Eventually, they arrived at an amazing solution that didn't require a new pump or well (saving me a lot of money!). The following day, they returned and effortlessly resolved the issue. Their professionalism, patience, and ability to communicate with customers are truly exceptional and rare to find nowadays. A heartfelt thank you to both of them I will be forever grateful.*************************

Chuck Peterson and Eric Coble arrived at my home on a scorching 98-degree day and worked tirelessly to identify the problem causing the water shortage. Their thorough investigation involved phone calls and consultations with other members of the company. Eventually, they arrived at an amazing solution that didn't require a new pump or well (saving me a lot of money!). The following day, they returned and effortlessly resolved the issue. American Pump and Drilling was awesome. On a Saturday our well system stopped working. Monday morning I called their office and nearly begged for their assistance. Although all their crews were already dispatched, they managed rework their schedule and a team showed up within hours. Chuck and Josh jumped right in troubleshooting the system and discovered a problem with the wiring, and in minutes we were back in water. While here I asked them to replace a very old and corroded pump control box to head off another outage just waiting to happen. The cost was actually lower than expected! I highly recommend this company.

American Pumps & Drilling is always spot on with scheduling and taking care of all of our water needs. We have a ton of Iron in our water and they are on top of keeping our filtration system running smoothly.
We were not getting enough water to take a shower and we were so relieved when they came out the same day we called. They brought 2 trucks, 3 guys and all the parts they needed to fix the problem. Lucky for us, it only needed a few small parts and they had it working normally in an hour. They explained how our system works which will help us keep it in good shape. We cannot say enough good things about this company.
