Zach at American Pump recently diagnosed a pulsing water issue at our house. He quickly found it was the pressure tank and replaced it. We were up and running in 30 mins. Very happy with the experience.

Technician Joe Greene recently performed the annual maintenance on my water softener system, adjusted the pressure in the pressure tank and advised me about salt levels. He was part of the team that installed this system several years ago so I find it reassuring that someone so familiar with this system continues to be involved. We used American Pump for install of salt system, and could not be happier. Great customer service and communication throughout. Have continued using them for maintenance as well.
They came and did the service in the normal time. Just like the others. I don't know if they locked the pump house when they left.
