We have had great experiences with American Pump and Drilling (APD). The first time, our water had an odd sulfur smell, like rotten eggs, and couldn't figure it out. We contacted APD and were lucky to work with Shane. He tested the water, gave us options and was very open to answering our questions. Within a week or so, we had a new water filtration system and softener installed, and no more smell. Chuck and Eric were wonderful in walking us through maintenance and troubleshooting. A few months later, we had e.coli show up in our water and we contacted Shane. Within a few days, the problem was solved and always with great communication along the way. The customer service and quality assurance is outstanding!
Great communication from this company. ******************* was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and told us what and why he was doing the work. We have an older system and he had the parts in his van. He was able to fix our system and we have great water! I am thankful for this company and we already have our yearly maintenance scheduled.
You never know what youre gonna get when you dig a hole in the ground. We had a plan to install a water meter and when they started digging, it led to an existing water meter that Im sure save them a lot of work and me a lot of money.. ******** clean up my existing mess. I left the site looking great..
Service technicians arrived on time. Completed job quickly. There was a small problem that developed later. It was fixed in a timely manner.
Shane was incredible. He was patient in answering all of my questions and working around the limitations of my land. He provideda lot of useful information. When I am ready to get filtration I will be calling them!
