Great service. Several months after annual servicing, the ultra-violet light unit malfunctioned. They dispatched a service call for the next day. Determined that the bulb and sleeve were defective and replaced them at no charge. Joe is very knowledgeable and provides excellent, expert service with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone needed service of their water filtration system.
They came out promptly the day of repair work and replaced a part and then told us it would be over $5000 to fully repair it. The technician's were very nice and told us what to do to keep water running as long as possible. Well $300 later it still only lasted a couple days so I called Friday and all the woman cared about is if we had the $5600 yet and because they told the home owners insurance it was normal wear and tear they wouldn't cover the costs. So she didn't care that we had no water again. I gave them 4 stars for their technicians
We are a medium sized water system and American Pump is our go-to when we have pump/water delivery issues. They are knowledgeable, thorough, professional and ethical. Their staff knows what theyre doing and are polite and communicate well for those of us with vastly less knowledge. We will continue to use them in times of need. *********************
Needing help with a water system is never going to be a fun experience but if you want really knowledgeable people who will be there for you when you need them American Pump is your answer. I have dealt with Mike Brewer for several years and through two different water systems and he's been terrific. Knows his business, seems to hire the right people for the work. Will work with you even when it's off hours and usually finishes the job ahead of schedule. Stayed true to their bid price and got things done and cleaned up nicely. Thank you.

This company does amazing work. Thank you Shane Peterson, for all your time, expertise, advice, and very hard work. My home is custom and very unique. American pump and drilling was able to put in a filtration system that more than does its job but it's state of the art and very easy to use and understand. Fast and efficient. This company,, especially Shane, goes above and beyond for customers, and I feel very taken care of.

We were pretty sure our well pump had gone out. We contacted another company and they told us they couldn't get us fixed for 2 weeks. We had been without water for two days already. We called American Pump and Drilling and they squeezed us in two days later. The gentlemen that came out was very professional and very nice. We were pleased with the price, we expected a lot more. We would highly recommend this company for your well and pump problems.
