American Pump and Drilling was awesome. On a Saturday our well system stopped working. Monday morning I called their office and nearly begged for their assistance. Although all their crews were already dispatched, they managed rework their schedule and a team showed up within hours. Chuck and Josh jumped right in troubleshooting the system and discovered a problem with the wiring, and in minutes we were back in water. While here I asked them to replace a very old and corroded pump control box to head off another outage just waiting to happen. The cost was actually lower than expected! I highly recommend this company.

American Pumps & Drilling is always spot on with scheduling and taking care of all of our water needs. We have a ton of Iron in our water and they are on top of keeping our filtration system running smoothly.
We were not getting enough water to take a shower and we were so relieved when they came out the same day we called. They brought 2 trucks, 3 guys and all the parts they needed to fix the problem. Lucky for us, it only needed a few small parts and they had it working normally in an hour. They explained how our system works which will help us keep it in good shape. We cannot say enough good things about this company.

Our hero's! They got out to fix our well a day before they originally said that they'd be able to make it out to our home. They found the issues quickly, repaired issues and educated us on how to prevent the problem in the future. Amazing customer service throughout the entire process. We will for sure be using them in the future and recommend them to all our friends and family.
